Having all Functions liquid spray, Pre-heating, Pre-Milling, Edging, End Cutting, Top & Bottom Trimming, Corner Rounding, Profile Scrapping, Liquid Spray and Buffing. Top Glue pot is provided for optimal glue, application to have almost no glue line. Easy to clean and maintain glue pot having long service life. “SMART” Touch Screen PLC enabled having in-built temperature Controller completely as per European Technology. 3 Pressure Rollers pneumatically powered are provided to give, sufficient pressure on the edge band tape for proper adhesive. Diamond tools on Pre-Milling units is provided. Encoder for accurate raising & lowering of Pressure Beam is provided. Encoder for easy and fine tuned movement of the work piece is provided. Additional Air Tank is provided for non-dropping of air during operation.
